You can become a licensed Brain Gym movement facilitator by taking three Brain Gym Classes: Brain Gym 101 - 24 hours, Brain Gym 104 -16 hours and Brain Gym 110 - 16 hours. All classes are offered once each quarter. Read below for more information.

Know How to Use Brain Gym Right Away
Every licensed Brain Gym teacher organizes and teaches his/her Brain Gym classes differently. I’ve organized my Brain Gym classes so you can use Brain Gym with your students, clients, patients, family, yourself, etc. right after you take the class.

Learn the Science Behind Brain Gym
My classes give you information about Brain Gym that you won’t get in Brain Gym classes taught by other licensed Brain Gym teachers. In my classes I explain why Brain Gym and BrainMoves work by describing how the movements imitate early developmental reflexes. I teach you how the movements turn off stress reflexes like the “freeze, fight or flight reflex” and “startle reflex,” developmental reflexes like “the grasping reflex” and “the punching reflex” and emotional reflexes like “anger,” “frustration” and “confusion” that are “stuck on.”
Learn the BrainMoves variations of the 26 Brain Gym 101 Movements
In my Brain Gym classes I teach you how to do the BrainMoves variations of the Brain Gym 101 movements for toddlers and preschoolers and people with special needs. These variations are simplier, easier versions of the Brain Gym 101 movements. Most toddlers and preschoolers and people with special needs are able to do these BrainMoves variations of the Brain Gym 101 movements. These variations make individuals stronger so they can do the Brain Gym 101 movements more easily.

How to Become a Licensed Brain Gym Movement Facilitator
Brain Gym 101 - 24 Hours
No prerequisites for taking this class. Open to all adults. This is a 24 hour class. Offered over two consecutive weekends or four consecutive Fridays. $450.00 includes class materials.
Brain Gym 104 - 16 Hours
No prerequisites for taking this class. Open to all adults. This is a 16 hour class. Offered on weekends or four consecutive Fridays. $275. You will need to buy a Brain Gym Teachers Edition prior to taking this class. Available in the Brain Gym Bookstore: www.braingym.com $34.95. Brain Gym 110 - 16 Hours
Prerequisites for taking this class: Brain Gym 101 and Brain Gym 104. and 26 short 'case studies' from your Brain Gym 104 class. Open to adults training to become a LBGMF. This is a 16 hour class offered on weekends or four consecutive Fridays. $275.
