Single Sessions

One to One Session

A good choice for people who want to spend an hour or more in one session working on a single area: Writing a goal, identifying blocks to reaching that goal and doing the correct Brain Gym and BrainMoves movements that will create the new neural pathways in your brain to help you reach that goal. Most people experience a noticeable improvement in their first session. You can schedule again if you need more help with this first issue or any other issue anytime! $125/hr. 30 minute one to one sessions are also available. $75/30 minutes.

Education Session

Learn more about many topics! Including but not limited to: Wellness, health, baby and child development, adult development, relationships, spirituality, learning disabilities, auditory, visual and general processing problems, child behavior, social skills, trauma, mental health issues, addictions and/or dependency on alcohol and/or drugs, emotional issues, chemical imbalances, ADD, ADHD, autism, aspergers, etc.  $125/hr. 30 minute one to one sessions are also available. $75/30 minutes.

In-Depth BrainMoves Balancing Session

This session is a good choice for people who want to work in a multi-layer manner using a wide variety of Brain Gym and BrainMoves movements. The number and type of levels in each session is structured specifically for you and your goals. Up to 75 levels from which to choose with hundreds of possible combinations! Examples of levels: Organization, focus, communication, negative beliefs, fears, subconscious beliefs, physical health, emotional health, mental health, endocrine system, nervous system, digestive system, etc. Each session is two hours. $250

BrainMoves WorkOuts

Do BrainMoves and Brain Gym along with a wide variety of music specifically chosen to help your brain work better for a fun workout that strengthens, balances and energizes your body, creates new, strong, healthy cross-lateral neural pathways in your brain, helps establish new beliefs in your brain and integrates your mind and body. Each WorkOut is 90 minutes. $190 per WorkOut Session.

Sessions for All Ages, Parents, Families & Couples

One to One Sessions for Preschoolers & Children

Brain Gym and BrainMoves used alone or in conjunction with play therapy, art therapy or other creative arts therapies. Sessions can be done by Skype or FaceTime. Brain Gym and BrainMoves can help your child with many challenges including learning, behavior, emotional issues, chemical imbalances, social skills, making transitions, eating well, accepting boundaries and authority.

One to One Sessions for Teenagers

Brain Gym and BrainMoves used alone or in conjunction with music, art or other forms of creative expression to help your teenager do better at school, improve study skills, improve grades, improve social skills, say no to alcohol, drugs and sex, improve sports and/or arts performance, listen better, be respectful,  improve attitude, confidence and self-esteem, eat properly, follow rules, be organized and productive.

Brain Gym and BrainMoves, BrainMoves In-Depth sessions, BrainMoves WorkOuts and Concepts and Relationships Repatterning (CRR) to help couples resolve problems in their relationship. These techniques address the issues with which you are dealing and improve any factors that may be getting in the way of having a healthy, satisfying relationship that traditional therapy does not address: learning disabilities, auditory processing problems, visual processing problems, general and abstract processing problems, personality disorders and/or family of origin issues that are affecting your relationship.

Unique Tools to Make Your Sessions More Powerful

Concepts & Relationships Repatterning

Change the definitions and associations of your concepts and relationships with CRR. Developed by Diane Malik, M.A., CRR is a simple way to identify old definitions of important life concepts such as "safe," "love," "authority, etc. and your role in relationships such as "partner," "mother," "child," etc. and attach healthy, productive meanings to them that will help you quickly move forward in life. CRR can be used with or without Brain Gym and/or BrainMoves.

Creative Arts Expression

Use art, movement and dance, singing and music and/or writing and journalling to understand your blocks to success and realize your goals. You can choose to work with any or all of these mediums to explore your inner world and help find your greatest potential. Creative arts can also be used before and after you do the Brain Gym and BrainMoves movement and/or CRR to see the changes and measure your progress, as well as discover new goals!

Guided Imagery

Brief guided imagery can be used in your sessions to understand deeper meanings to your experiences, get insight into the obstacles in your path to success and learn more about who you are on a deeper level. It is a fun and exciting way to dialogue with your inner self and tap into your inner wisdom of who you are and who you have the potential to become.

Emotional Freedom Technique

 Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a simple, quick technique that uses principles of acupressure to help release old emotional triggers locked in your body that are creating blocks to your thinking, feelings and progress towards change.
